Got myself some extra money and I'm thinking of spending it on some PC games. I don't care what kind of genre, just wanted it to be fun to play with. Doesn't have to be a new game, or popular. Personally hoping it's the kind of game that have a high replay value.
Any suggestions are deeply appreciated.

If you have a good graphic card then you should play Grand theft auto 4,Call of Duty Black Ops ,Call of Duty MW3,Need for Speed Hot pursuit (2010),Need For Speed The Run,Ghost Recon Future Soldier,Battlefield 3,Saints Row the Third and many other games
If you don't have good graphic card or you don't have graphic card but your built-in memory is good then
You should go for Left for Dead 1 and 2,Crysis,Call of Duty 4,Need for Speed Most Wanted

GTA5 on a 6770 1GB? No chance. GTA4 can use well over 1GB of graphics memory and it's 3 years old. The rest of your spec is fine, but i'd go for a 6950 2GB - they're still about the best value at the moment for performance vs. price. If GTA4 is anything to go by, 5 will punish whatever the latest graphics cards are whenever it comes out anyway.
You haven't mentioned what chipset you're going for - make sure it's a Z68, as this will allow you to make use of the Quick Sync feature of the i5 as well. Keep an eye on the prices of SSDs - with the prices of standard HDDs having about doubled lately, now may be a good time to invest, even if it's just a smaller capacity model to use as a boot drive.
