Ok, so your budget is no more than 500 pound, equal to $750.
I would like to suggest the best balance budget for $600 from tom hadware's december 2011.

Total Price$607 aka 400 pound
I would suggest to change the psu (power) with CORSAIR 500W CMPSU-500CXV2EU Builder Series just to be safe. The antec 430W was pushed a bit too much, just in case you will add more device into your pc, such as extra hard drive, charging mobile phone, usb memory, etc.
