is tera online a ps3 game?

at first i tough it was a pc game, but i heared it was a ps2 game. i have ps2, but i would like to have it in ps3. i know it comes out 3rd of may this year (2012 if u didn't already know lol). and i really want to play it. but i hear ed that even after you buy the game (ps3) at a store, you have to pay a monthly fee. or is it a pc game? and if it is, then is it free? or how much would i need to pay for it then? btw can u give me a link to tera's website? thanks in advance:)

TERA is a PC MMO. It comes out May 1st in the US, and May 3rd in Europe. It most likely will have a monthly subscription.
