Neither are great, but the 2nd computer with a Core i3 3220 and GeForce GT 620 is better.

The Core i3 3220 smokes the Athlon II X4 640, and the GeForce GT 620 (actually a renamed GT 430) is better than a Radeon HD 6450.

Even the older Core i3 2100 easily beats the Athlon II X4 640 for gaming. The 640 is slightly slower than the 645, which is shown below:

I got about 20 fps in games like League Of legends which aren't really heavy games as far as I know, so I want to upgrade my pc , the thing is, I don't really know what causes it (btw I got the video card drivers) .
What should I upgrade ? Thanks in advance !
