How are gaming controls on Mac different from PC?

Q. Many PC games require scroll and right click to play but what should i do on mac.

Get a third-party mouse that has multiple buttons and a scroll wheel.

The Mac mouse supports right-clicking and scroll, but it can't do all those things at the same time. For instance, you can't press both the left and right mouse buttons at the same time, as it tells the difference between a left and right click based on where you're pressing. It's fine for normal use, but not for gaming.
