Answer
Considering the fact that you have a Dedicated Graphics card, not to mention 2GB on it, then I'd say you can run any game you want on extreme or the highest settings with little to no latency or loading issues. This being said, there's no way to know for sure as each and every game has their own different programming for the display of graphics. You'll know if it's putting too much strain on your computer if it slows down, acts glitchy, have bad load sectors (like the game has big chunks that aren't loaded, ie black "cracks" in the world), or you hear a weird break in the audio. The only way to know is to play and adjust accordingly. Some graphics require different settings to look better, such as anti-aliasing or frame syncing

You probably can play any game you want on the highest settings, but what might cause it to slow down are the extra programs you might be running, such as video recording or video streaming, running a second monitor, 3D vision for 3D displays, or running your antivirus while you're playing.

IS this a good gaming pc?

Answer
Brilliant PC, but if you want to step it up a notch, go with what AFRO NINJA says. except keep the SSD for your OS and vital programs such as your antivirus ONLY!

This can speed up your computer dramatically.

Then just get a separate drive for your games and stuff.

glad to be of assistance :)
