I am assuming this is a laptop, if it is, it's time to buy a new one. If so, and you live in the US, a good site to go is http://www.cyberpowerpc.com. You can get it for around $975. Make sure it is at least an I5 processor with an Nvidia gt 600 series video card, and 8GB of RAM. I bought my laptop from them and have no trouble playing the game.

What is your opinion on the specs of the PS4?

In case you didn't know, the PS4 recently got revealed. Here is a link: http://www.gameinformer.com/b/news/archive/2013/02/21/sony-releases-official-playstation-4-specs.aspx

Answer
It's good enough mostly for now.

The GPU is a re badged HD6670 also what the next Xbox is expected to have. BUT there is no option to overclock its settings. The GDDR ram size for the PS4 is interesting. As a 6670 can support 4k textures maps easily. Provided there is enough VRAM for a given screen resolution. So in this department the PS4 doesn't really have the pc market beat, as many console fanboy's like to think.

The most important thing to remember is that the PS4 can now hibernate just as a PC would! Doing such requires a large ram pool size as everything currently in ram is nearly doubled during hibernation/sleep mode. As other active processes are temporarily inserted into memory.

So as the PS4 is going to allow you to jump back into gaming from where you left off. With the touch of a button. A size able portion of that 8gb ram has to be reserved for such hibernation when devs create their games. (PS4 operating system, background processes/apps running, & whatever game currently running) Devs won't be able to use the entirety of that 8gb's or even 3/4 of it.

This is not an issue now but it will become so when devs decide to use higher res texture maps & more maps per scene. Which is why PC gfx card manufacturers keep releasing new cards with increased ram sizes.

It's also note worthy of mentioning the frequency of that ram hasn't been released! GDDR5 is largely a marketing term. It tells nothing of the effective memory speed or its bus bit rate. Some gfx card manufacturers will release a card with double the ram but half the bus bit rate which results in reduced performance.

The CPU speed also hasn't been released but thats not important for the most part unless it affects load times. With entry level GPU's you don't have the issue of CPU bottlenecks.
