best gaming pc deals uk image

I am selling a collector's edition of a PC game on eBay. So far the two people that are bidding both have 0 feedback and user names that are basically random letters and numbers. One is from China and one from France. Do these guys sound shady? If they were US based I'd feel a little better, but I don't think eBay will protect me on overseas deals.

1 Is it diablo III? lol
2 You can cancel their bids and set up options in your listings or account wide that requires bidders to have a certain number of feedback and block foreign bidders. You may need to relist if it doesn't let you alter those options after cancelling the bids.
3 If you decide to sell internationally you need the weight of the item packed up so you can input shipping costs and bidders know up front. If the item is of worth then you should use a method that provides tracking - that way you are protected. If it is above a certain amount then to be protected you need a signature.
4 Foreigners do not need to be shady. I live in the UK and i buy from other countries all the time. But that said video games are scammer favourites. That isn't to say you won't get scammed by a fellow american. The difference is tracking confirmation is much cheaper for domestic mail.
It is slightly more complicated to sell internationally but for stuff like this it is definitely worth it as i sell limited edition collectables and i get far higher bids this way. That said, if you are in doubt then don't.

I don't do any gaming, but what I can tell you is this:
That's a pretty darn good deal. The specs on that machine are REALLY good for the price.
But you'd better buy it quick, because I'm getting my wallet out...haha no, just kidding.
