Better build for gaming?

I need some advice on building a gaming desktop.?

I'm looking into building a gaming desktop and so far the only thing that i chose is the video card, which is the ZOTAC ZT-50313-10M GeForce GTX 560 Ti 448 Cores Video Card. So what i need help with is choosing the parts that would work best with the card.
My budget is around 950-1000 dollars.
I also really need specifics on the parts.

It's not that difficult to match the parts together. You probably need something similar to these two setups.
