A gaming pc for battlefield 4/ cod ghosts.?

zac

hey can someone help me build a gaming pc so i can run these 2 games on moderate setting smoothly and i dont wanna spend over $700. Can u please make a list of what i need and the cost of each part.
Thanks for ur time i really appreciate it!

Answer
Your not going to find a good gaming PC for under $700. A $700 dollar gaming PC might run BF 4 at the lowest settings, but most likey will become obsolete in 1.5 years. Best bet is make a larger investment into a PC now and have it for along time. I have 2 links for you

1. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227484

This $870 but its a pretty decent machine

2.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227439

This $1299 but its a beast.

Now If you can your better off building your own PC. Order all the parts and assemble your self. This is buy far the best option. You might even be able to recycle some parts from you previous PC(If you have one). I did this and for $1200 I built a machine thats worth about $1800 or more. If your not sure how to build on your self there are lots of tutorials on the net that take you through it or you might be able to find someone locally that does does it on the side.

Help purchasing a pre-built gaming pc for under 700 dollars?

Eric

I'm looking to purchase a gaming pc that already has a monitor with it for under 700 dollars. I want to be able to play games like assassin's creed and skyrim on medium to high settings with reasonable fps. I am not looking to build my own pc as I am a noob and do not feel comfortable messing around with a computer. I know pc experts will be pushing me to build it but i simply do not feel comfortable with it. I am looking at cyberpowerpc and could someone recommend a model they have and some modifications they would make so I could play games and have an easy instillation. I literally know nothing about pcs.

Answer
Look at this build some one can build this for you .You dont have to build it your self .

Whats the best gameing laptop for under 700 dollars?

ELLO there

Im looking for a gaming laptop that has good Performance for the price.

Answer
There are special gaming laptops or PCs, but they're not available in your price range.

I've used pretty much very brand of PC laptop and desktop out there, including the major ones - HP, Dell, Toshiba, Sony, Lenovo, you name it, I've used it.

The laptops that consistently run graphics for games and videos well (and I'm a big video streamer & game player) would have to be ASUS brand, hands down. Often if a gamer is going to custom-build a computer, they'll use mostly ASUS parts. I have one I've had for almost 10 years, no problems, and another I've had for 2 years, during which time it's used over 12 hours a day, and is rarely shut down at night (something I try to avoid, but with my line of work is often inevitable.). The model I have now is currently offered at between $500-600.

Excellent performance for other things besides gaming as well - fast processor, plenty of RAM, & I run tons of professional graphic design programs (and other bulky programs) for work, which would typically bog down the average processor, but I have no trouble at all.

Alright gaming pc under 700$?

Answer
Here are the main things you need to look for.

CPU Speed

Video Ram

Ram

Graphic Chip

Those are the 4 main things you need, first person shooters require better graphcis chips, and strategies requier better CPU. Ask a salesman at the store which one is best, but keep in mind thsoe are the 4 requierments you need to be good.

Can I make a gaming computer for under 500 dollars?

Justin

I would like to build a good computer that can run games smooth for under 500 dollars. I have someone helping me build it so I just need to buy the parts. I was wondering what parts I can buy and how many fps games will run with the parts.

Answer
The fool above me forgot ram, power supply, and operating software, arguably the most important things.

Oh, and bull shit to his 15 years computer building experience. You don't forget about those things, just don't listen to him.

/sigh

For 500 you really can't build anything that would run games. I'm sorry, but you really can't. If you plan on playing games you will need about a 700-900 dollar budget and with that you can get an entry level PC. If you can't afford that I would really suggest just buying a video game console such as the PS3 or Xbox 360.

With 1000 dollars I can build this;

Intel i3-2130 - 140
Intel H67 mobo - 110
8gb 1333mhz ram - 50
Radeon 6870 - 170
Corsair CX500 psu - 60
WD blue 500gb 7200rpm hard drive - 100
Generic DVD drive - 40
Zalman z9 plus case - 70
Windows 7 64bit OEM - 100

So this will be a well working machine capable of maxing alot of games, with an affordable price tag. Total comes to 840, assuming you have peripherals

My brother and I are trying to figure how to build a Gaming PC under 700 maybe 800 dollars as I know how to build a great PVR PC for under 450. Anyone have a clue on this as well as any websites to help him. I used a book back in 95 to teach me but he is much younger and needs to learn how to do it and the books these days are useless!!

Answer
Unfortunately, since technology changes so fast, any web sites that talk about actual products is out of date within a couple months.

But take a look at the following links. They help out a bit.

What's a good list of computer components for a budget gaming pc?

best gaming pc under 700 dollars image

Waffle-ato

I need help picking out parts for a desktop gaming computer that won't break the bank. Budget wise, I want to stay under 700 or 800 dollars. I kind of want to run graphically intense games like Skyrim on decent settings. I also want a fast processor to do all of this. If anyone who is an "expert or good" with this kind of stuff I would really appreciate tips about the subject. If possible could i have a list of parts/components to work with and instructions to build... thanks

Answer
This is what I could come up for you. What you could do initially is spend a bit more on the core specs of the system and temporarily use the integrated graphics (which really is not made for gaming) on the CPU then you could upgrade to a better graphics card later (That's what I did). So if you can wait longer to game on it then that would be your best bet.

Also alot of these have mail-in-rebates so you can save money as long as you buy them before they expire, and then there are promo codes but newegg will only allow 1 promo per order. With Windows 7 64-bit OEM it might be a bit over budget initially maybe as much as 20$ after promo minus the rebates if you catch those. If you decide to do this you need to download the PDF's for the rebates before then expire which can be found on the item page. here are the instructions...

#1 Click on where it says "after mail-in rebate card"
#2 Click "print rebate" (you need adobe acrobat reader)
#3 Either print (printer icon) ,and, or save (the floppy disk icon) the pdf file to your documents folder

Is the HP Pavilion dv5t series the best laptop for my requirements?

Minizahra

Well, I really want to get a laptop under $700 dollars
My estimated price for this laptop is 680.
But I really want a:
FAST LAPTOP
with
WEBCAM
and
is alright to play
CD GAMES
ex. Sims 2??

Would this be a good laptop?
I could change the processor if I custimize it..?

Plz help
Thanks

Answer
Hey...

HP Pav's are good. I run one. How fast is fast? RAM is easy enough to change in a laptop if the 2GB isn't enough for you. They've also got a model with 4GB, depending on how much you're willing to pay. The webcam is there, and I use a built-in HP webcam myself, which works really well.

There's a DVD drive, so you can use both CDs and DVDs, as well as burn them. Games like The Sims take very little resources, so you could even go with something lower-end. You don't really need to worry about a "gaming" PC unless you're getting into really graphically intensive games, which would be more in the FPS or Action/Adventure genre.

This would be a good laptop.

Rofl, you won't be changing the processor. If you're okay with voiding your warranty, try the RAM first.

Just a note: The speed depends a lot on your operating system as well. I'm assuming this will come with Vista Home Premium. You might want to look at other available OS's, and decide how you want it to run, and whether or not you'll want to do some further modifications.

I have a monitor. However i need everything else. Can someone find me one for under $750. I do not need a mouse or keyboard either.

Answer
I built mine to play crysis well for about $455, not including OS, monitor...
athlon x2 4850
4gb ddr2 corsair ram pc2-6400
budget motherboard (socket AM2 with pci-e x16)
1tb HDD WD caviar black
OCZ 600 W psu SLI
EVGA Geforce 9800 GX2
I suggest that you get Athlon x2 3.0ghz or above, choose a motherboard that you like, check for a decent deal on ddr2 ram (4gb or so)
then find a good graphics card. It isnt as hard as you think.
