im thinking about getting a pc from cyberpower,which has liquid cooling.
When i recieve this will the tubes be filled already? what fluid do i use? will i ever need to get more fluid? from where? Do i nee to change the whole water cooling system every year? the tubes? bolts?
where do i get the things that i would need if i need. is it safe? what if it breaks at kills my computer?
please answer everything

No liquid cooling has come a long way. High quality fluid now lasts 2-3 years. Fluid can be ordered from coolance.com for about $20. The fluid is called propeleyne qlycol, which is NON-CONDUCTIVE. However the presence of color or dye acts as an electrolyte, which causes it to BECOME CONDUCTIVE. Obviously a conductive fluid does have the potential to destroy a system, but generally speaking the failure will be in pump. Fluid will not flow, but temperature sensors will shutdown the system before any real damage is done.
You will not need to replace tubes, etc unless they become damaged somehow. As long as certain metals are not mixed damage will not occur before the system is outdated.
I have no idea if they ship the computer with the tubes filled or not. If not filling is relatively easy. Disconnect the 24pin mobo power cable. Fill the resoviour with liquid and jump the power supply. As the liquid fills the tubes, add more until the level stop decreasing. Then let the air out. Once the air is out, un-jump the power supply and reconnect the cable to the motherboard and powerup.

I'm getting a Gaming PC built with the following specifications. Should I choose Fan or Liquid Cooling?

2) The website im buying this from pre-overclocks.
3) Im not sure if I should get a Physx Card with the GTX590? (Does it need one, only a few games support PHYSX right?)

If heavy overclocking is to be done, which is the case here, liquid cooling is NECESSARY. Air cooling may be sufficient to achieve stability, but liquid cooling will dramatically increase the life of the components.
