Answer
It's not bad, but it depends on what kind of games you are looking to play, some of the higher end 2013 games may be harder, but with a little better video card it could probably make the cut. The dual core processor is on the lower end, but not too bad. You may be running on lower graphics, but it will likely do what you want it to. Will it play Crysis? No, probably not efficiently, but with those specs it should easily be able to play most indie games and many AAA titles.
Intel Dual-Core i3-3220 processor. 3.30GHz, 3MB L3 Cache
-8GB DDR3 SDRAM system memory (expandable to 16GB).
-The iBUYPOWER Intel Dual CoreProcessor Desktop With i3-3220 Processor, WA928B gives you the power to handle most power-hungry applications and tons of multimedia work
-2TB SATA hard drive. Store 1,300,000 photos, 571,000 songs or 1,053 hours of HD video and more on the black iBUYPOWER Gamer Power Desktop WA928B with 8GB memory and 2TB hard drive.
24x Double Layer DVD±R/RW Drive. Watch movies, and read and write CDs and DVDs in multiple formats
-10/100 Fast Ethernet. Connect to a broadband modem or wired broadband router with wired Ethernet
NVIDIA GeForce GT630 Graphics. With 2GB dedicated graphics memory
The NVIDIA GeForce GT630 Graphics card should be able to play most high end graphics games without a problem at all, but you may not be playing on the highest graphics settings due to the lower end processor.
