Answer
I've had a budget PC for about 3 years now and before I had a TERRIBLE laptop with MANY MANY broken parts such inside. Although, I do know some games that I enjoy that I can still play
without having to buy an Alienware or something. You can try:
-Minecraft (3D Blocky Survival)About 27 Bucks
-The Powder Toy (Pixel-based simulator with tons of elements that you can mess around with) -FREE-
-Terraria (Adventurous 2D Survival)-10 Bucks
-Dead Pixels(2D Zombie survival)3 Bucks
-GAMES MADE BY VALVE (Counter strike, Portal, Half-life)(For the most part, you with lowest settings you can play)-Max 15 bucks for each, I think.
-Garry's Mod(Awesome sandbox with unlimited possibilities, user made gamemodes over the roof, you can even code in your own weapons/props/anything if you know LUA (: )-10 Bucks
-Blockland(Blocky 3D Game with tons of mods)-15 bucks?
-Spelunky(2D Cave-exploring game that's pretty difficult)-FREE-
-Stealth Bastard(2D Slick looking stealth game) -FREE- (The deluxe version is 10 bucks, but the original has a level editor and tons of levels are uploaded a day)
-Super Crate Box(Small fun game but hard, no end point)-FREE-
-Cave Story+(2D Shooter)10 bucks
-Artic Combat(Free FPS that has a taste of generic FPS's like killstreaks and ADS)-Free-(obviously)
-Lugaru(3D Fighter) You can be a kung fu bunny! It's actually really satisfying to kill other bunnies, and there are some mods that can liven up your experience. -FREE-
-PlanetSide(3D Big world sci-fi shooter)-Free *The game is EXPECTED to be free soon, but as of now it costs about 20-30 bucks. (The sequel is too graphically intensive, but it's free to play)
-Killing Floor (Zombie/Specimen survival) Only a couple mods but it is a fun game. -20 Bucks
-Team Fortress/ Team fortress 2(Class-based FPS) -FREE- (The second is kind of pay to win in some cases, but you can craft your own items with older items and earn/find all the weapons yourself.
-Ace of Spades Classic/Commercial(Class Based FPS)The classic version is free, and only has 3 classes. But the second costs 10 bucks and has more gamemodes and such.
-Faster Than Light(2D Space Captain Simulation-thing)You make the choices to the rise(or death!) of your ship and crewmates!-10 Bucks
-Binding of Isaac(2D Shooter)- As disturbing this game may be, there are a TON of items that define what your playthrough will be like, it'll be a different game each time!-5 bucks
-Castle Crashers(2D Co-op hit-em-up!)A couple different knights that brawl out through various levels with special abilities!-15 bucks
I can't think of any more games at the moment, but there you go. I'd like to inform you most of the games are on Steam, which is a program that you can digitally buy games and be able to install them . Keep in mind Steam has a bunch of sales, so sometimes you can actually buy some of these games for as much as 75-80% off! So if you'd like, you can just wait until the nearest holiday. They also have "daily deals" and "midweek madness" and weekend specials, so everyday you'll see good deals on games. (:
If you'd like to add me on steam, my user is: hawkthehawkess
Lol, excuse my awful creativity. HAPPY GAMING!
