What should I upgrade on my pc to reduce FPS?

I got about 20 fps in games like League Of legends which aren't really heavy games as far as I know, so I want to upgrade my pc , the thing is, I don't really know what causes it (btw I got the video card drivers) .
What should I upgrade ? Thanks in advance !

you probably need to upgrade graphics. I suggest a Radeon 5450 for games such as League of Legends. Nothing very over the top, it will give your LoL around 40-50fps on medium and high should be around the 30-40 FPS which is playable.

Most ordinary laptops will do what you want but usually the sound is not great. I think you can now get a decent sound card built into a usb stick which should sound better.
