can anyone make nude mod for pc games?

theking

i need a nude mod for pc games except gta san and sims..or if u know where i can get it for free plss tell me.also can anyone programe mods.if yes how?
except elder scrolls

Answer
http://dl.qj.net/Oblivion-Nude-Mod-Mods-PC-Gaming-MMORPG-Elder-Scrolls-IV:-Oblivion/pg/12/fid/6011/catid/339

The Entertainment Software Rating Board has reversed gears and given The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion a new rating.

The game has gone from a Teen 13+ rating to a Mature 17+ due to âmore detailed depictions of blood and gore than were considered in the original rating, as well as the presence of a locked-out art file or âskinâ that, if accessed through a third party modification to the PC version of the game, allows the user to play with topless versions of female characters.â

The new rating, no doubt, isnât good news for Bethesda, but isnât terribly surprising. In a time when Americaâs puritanical views are wide out in the open, the ESRB finds itself scrambling to prove the industry can police itself. Singled out by legislators trying to make it illegal for stores to sell M titles to minors, the gaming industry is finding itself under the gun. No doubt mods and other hidden surprises in some titles are making it difficult to show the industry can pull off the policing job.

Parents across the country depend on ESRB ratings every day to make sensible choices about the games they bring home for their families," said ESRB president Patricia Vance. "Rating changes are extraordinarily rare, but if ever one does occur, ESRB recognizes that parents must be made aware of the change as quickly as possible so they are certain to have the most current and accurate information."
ESRB Media Release

Personally, Iâm an adamant opponent of restrictions on entertainment. The rights of censorship belong in the hands of viewers and players, and in the case of minors, their parents, not the government.

However, industry-created ratings systems, although quite flawed, do give parents a guideline to work from. In this case, the ESRB seems to have had no choice but do exactly what it did.

The official word from the ESRB is that the title will retain its current content descriptors, but the PC version of the game will pick up a âNudityâ tag until the gameâs been re-mastered to remove the topless skin. This skin is not accessible on the Xbox 360 version.

A patch will soon be made available for the PC version of the game that will disable access to the file with the topless skin. .

what are good PC games that I could download?

killer_of_

Answer
well I guarantee you'll love this game and the multiplayer mode available to download at sa-mp.com It's an online game that gets as realistic as you can get. Cops that actually arrest people. Civilians that actually have jobs (Medics,Taxi drivers, Bus drivers, news reporters, cops, drug dealers, car jackers) and Gang members and Mafia members. You can buy a house have up to ten cars and stats save.(All houses are currently taken lol but they get sold after five days if the owner doesnt log in for five days) (you have to buy or download the original game with a torrent first though(Only download turrent if you have or had the game) check and see if this video convinces you of playing =) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yP_grH9vSnU
its the first to have a community that has 150 slots to be in game at one time. the whole community is over a thousand though

if you can play san andreas you can play this

Is it possible to jump in and out of a moving jet?

lol

After watching a battlefield 3 video online (http://www.pcgamer.com/2011/12/09/and-in-other-pc-gaming-news-210/) I got into an argument over whether it was actually possible to jump out of a jet and then get back in. Do you think its possible or have and scientific facts proving or disproving it.

Answer
There are many variables, but it is THEORETICALLY possible. It depends what you mean by, ''jump out, then back in''

For a jet moving at a constant speed, on a horizontal axis, no.
A jet is being kept level and accelerating forward byuplift and thrust, not to mention its aerodynamic design. If you were to jump directly out, perpendicular to the plane, gravity will immediately pull you down and below the level of the plane you just exited, not to mention your perpendicular displacement (away from the door) as you jump out to hinder any attempt to get back in. Due to newtonian laws, you already have momentum parallel to the direction of travel inside the plane, therefore if air resistance was non existant and the plane kept at a constant speed, you would effectively stay ''opposite'' the door and not displace back towards the rear of the plane. Bit since air resistance is a reality, your velocity is slowed, therefore the plane would quickly accelerate ahead of you (not including gravity pulling you vertically down)

However, If you were to put the Jt into an accelerated nosedive, then jump out (considering the plane is being piloted by someone else, preventing the plane from veering offcourse) the plane could match your fall to terminal velocity, vertically downward, effectively keeping yourself ''level'' with the door, allowing yourself to re-enter (by aerodynamically positioning your body to be less aerodynamically resistant towards the door)

This however is highly theoretical and realistically, you could not control all these variables... so its POSSIBLE, but highly unlikely.

What are the top 5 selling PC Games in the last 2 years?

*~*Carly*~

IM doing research for a project for school and I need some help finding out what the top 5 PC Games for the last two years are, what the total sales for each game were for each year, and what the share of market was? Can anyone help me with finding this information?

Answer
Here is the Top 20 for 2008:
http://pc.ign.com/articles/945/945328p1.html
Just look at the top five if that's all you want.

Top 10 2007:
http://www.firingsquad.com/news/newsarticle.asp?searchid=19264

And a fuzzy list for 2009, so far:
http://giantrealm.gameriot.com/gaming/best-selling-console-and-pc-games-so-far-in-2009
Just scroll down, down, down to the PC section. Note that digital sales like Steam, EA Store, Impulse, and Direct2Drive aren't tallied by the NPD. So it's a very fuzzy and most likely inaccurate list.

Your random guesses are meaningless. NPD data and whatever numbers Valve release for Steam sales are all that matter.

What are some retail games that have a Steam premium activation code?

Andrew Heo

I want to get premium for my Steam account. Since I don't have a credit card, basically my only choice is to buy a PC game from a retail store and get an activation code from it. The question is: which games have them? My parents won't allow M rated (and T, depending on the game) games, because they don't want me to be those teens on the news that killed people, and that the main factor was caused by violent video games. Thanks in advance.

Answer
I have railworks 2 (now updated to 3 for free) and that gave me premium account using the key in my game case

What is a really good gaming computer ?

daniel a

So I used to be on top of all the gaming news in the world but I kinda quite with computer games and went to consol games. Recently i have been missing the computer games and all I have to play is a 6 year old computer.
I have a mac but that can run games anywhere near as good as I would like it to.
I kno of a lot of companies that make amazing gaming computers. Like alienware but I was just going to ask are there any good gaming computers out there for a relatively low price??? Thanks for any answers!

Answer
Have you considered building your own gaming computer? It would be much cheaper than buying one from a company, such as alienware, that puts it together for you. You can go to newegg.com and buy the parts listed below for 2 different good gaming computers. The first gaming computer can run most games like WoW, allods, cally of duty, HON, SC2 etc at a little less than max graphics pretty well. The second custom computer can basically run any game you throw at it on max graphics at over 60FPS easily.

This computer set-up will cost roughly $500.
Computer Case:........Rosewill DESTROYER ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
Power Supply:..........Rosewill Green Series 430W Power Supply
CPU:..........................AMD Athlon 2.9GHz 2 x 1MB 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor

This computer set-up will cost roughly $1468.

You can find other part lists at this website:
http://elitepcbuilding.com/modules.php?name=How-to-Build-A-Computer&file=Parts-Selection

That website also has step by step instructions on how to put the computer parts together, with pictures included.

If you dont want to build one yourself you can check out this pc listed below for about $610, just remember that you are paying extra for the computer for them to build it for you:

A few websites to check out for these pre-built computers are:
