I've been reading PC Gamer and one of the reasons I like it is the extras disc that comes with it. Sometimes it includes demos free games and extra digital content. However I'd like a more general magazine. Does GameInformer offer those extras? Or is it worth it anyway? Or is the a more general option that offers that?

GameInformer doesn't come with an extras disc, sadly. Since they don't focus on any one console, there's no way to guarantee the person buying the magazine will have the right console to run a demo disc. Even if they included one for computers, people who don't play PC games may not have a good enough PC to play PC game demos (especially if its like, Crysis or something).

But if you read GameInformer you'll be getting news about gaming of all types, not just PC games.

Of course, there's always the internet which has all sorts of coverage (immediately instead of next month), and there are plenty of sites where you can download PC game demos. For PS3/360 demos you'd have to look to their online services, I have Xbox Live on my 360 and download demos now and then.

Yes I clean my PC, using game booster, and I still using same internet network since I'm playing LoL, my ping used to be around 180-200 but now it's 350 HELP!

you have 2 choices to fix your ping

1) Get a better Internet Service (FiberOp is great)

2) Make sure no one else is using your internet. Meaning NO ONE in the house is on youtube, news sites, downloading anything, checking Facebook, etc.

If you are not willing to pay for better internet just go and unplug everything else in the house that can access the internet until you are done.

as from the sounds of it you have the high PING due to lack of available bandwidth within your household.

I've already bought it on the ps3 and want to get it for the PC mainly for mods, I don't want to buy the game because i don't have allot of money. So what would be the odds of getting caught pirating it.

Like from the piratebay? Dude nobody gives a fuck as long as they dont see that you are downloading tons of stuff mainly movies and music.

If you think your computer is safe, nobody can see what you are doing because you have some awesome anti spyware youre dead wrong. The government can see everything man just because they sont do anything about it doesnt mean they dont know about ir.

A good example, I was going to alot of independant news sites that posted stuff that governments really dont want people knowing about, I started getting DDOSed for 2 weeks straight when it finally got back to normal none of my programs that connect to the net worked, like utorrent Teamspeak and spotify. my FB got hacked from an IP that said it was in the netherlands but they were using a dynamic proxy that I managed to trace to an american naval base in Corpus Christi, Texas.


Now seeing that I am in Britain this was pretty odd and made me very aware that they can watch you.

And if you havent guessed im a bit of a computer geek
