Hi,

Yes. You can download a game to your PC and play it with a Joystick. This is possible.

Before you purchase a Joystick that will be compatible with the computer, make sure your computer has the connector with it.

If you could not find a connector, clarify while you purchase the joystick and also get the card which has the connector.

Otherwise you can purchase an Joystick with an USB connector.

After this, configure the Joystick from the Start-->Control Panel -->Game Controllers.

Then you'll be able to play the games with the joystick.

Joysticks, controllers for PC games?

I had some PC games a few years ago that required you to use the keyboard to move around and take action. I hate that. I like controllers or joysticks. I hate to be ignorant, but if do most of today's shooter games etc. use controllers or joysticks? I am bying a new computer and considering an upgrade to a computer with high end processor and graphics card.

You can use the Xbox 360 controller (wired USB) for PC games. Get Pinnacle Game Profiler to add controller support to non-supported games.
