Im buying a new computer for Christmas with these parts from the November 2011 Gaming PC Build of the Month here: http://newbcomputerbuild.com/newb-computer-build-home/gaming-pc-builds-november-2011/#chapter1

Would this come with an Operating System included or is that needed to buy seperately and is it necessary?

I have a computer with windows vista, can i somehow transfer the vista software to a new comp?

You're best to buy a pre-built one, from what I can see these are just templates for parts. If you don't know that an OS is a separate piece of software and that you can't Just transfer it from HDD to HDD then you shouldn't be attempting to build your own.
